How can I book an appointment?

Requests are taken by E-mail (kennaplume@gmail.com). Please provide detailed information of what you would like, including: tattoo description, approximate size, placement, and a clear photo of the area you would like tattooed. Any other pertinent information such as reference photos and budget should also be included in the initial booking request. 

*Please note: I only take requests during specified booking periods which will be announced via Instagram @tattooplume.

Where do you work?

I am based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (exact studio location given upon booking), but I frequently travel to Calgary, Alberta.

Information on conventions, guest spots, and travel dates are all announced on my Instagram @tattooplume.

How far in advance do you book appointments?

Generally, appointments are booked 1-2 months in advance. Last minute or same-day appointments are not available. In the case that there is an opening due to a cancellation, it will be announced via Instagram @tattooplume.

What kinds of projects do you take?

The projects I take on are strongly influenced by my personal style of artwork. I prioritize ornamental style tattoos as well as blackwork botanicals, and animals.

I generally will not tattoo script, mandalas, or tiny tattoos.

Will you tattoo someone else’s artwork?

No. I will only tattoo artwork that I have drawn myself. However, if you are open to my style and interpretation of a piece of artwork, then I welcome it as a reference. I will not copy anyone else’s artwork, tattoos, or Pinterest designs.

How much will my tattoo cost?

Estimates can be given upon request, but there are different factors that contribute to the final cost of a tattoo. Therefore, I can never know exactly how much your tattoo will cost until it is completed. All information about my rates and deposit is given at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

As long as I am notified 72 hours prior to your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment using the same deposit. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit. In order to book again, the consultation process will start over and a new deposit will be required to secure a date.

I think my tattoo needs a touch up?

Tattoos are handmade and there is no guarantee of perfect healing every-time. Therefore, I am happy to provide touch ups on tattoos that I have done. Touch ups generally cost $20-40 to cover the cost of supplies and can be done once the tattoo has been given adequate time to heal and settle into the skin (approximately 1 month). Carefully following the instructions on your tattoo aftercare sheet will reduce the need for touch ups.

I’m pregnant/breastfeeding/under 18/drunk/on drugs/homophobic/racist/transphobic, etc… Can I still get tattooed by you?

Respectfully, no.
